Full‑stack Maintenance Application Developer building web and mobile software solutions for industrial clients, integrating AI/KI tools such as AI Agents and AI Harnesses into development workflows. The role focuses on implementing, maintaining and evolving applications using either .NET or Node.js with modern frontend frameworks (preferably Vue) in an agile, team-based environment.

Role
Maintenance Application Developer (m/w/d) responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining full‑stack web and mobile applications for industrial customers, with an emphasis on integrating AI/KI capabilities into the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop modern full‑stack applications in small, cross‑functional project teams
- Implement, maintain and evolve frontend components, responsive UIs, backend endpoints and application logic
- Apply and further develop AI Agents, AI Harnesses and other KI‑supported development approaches in project work
- Participate in projects tailored to customer needs and take ownership of assigned application areas
- Collaborate closely with project, development and DevOps teams; communicate proactively about issues and code questions
Requirements
- Practical experience with AI Agents, AI Harnesses or KI‑supported development processes
- Interest in Vibe Coding and understanding of integrating AI into development workflows
- Solid experience in either .NET or Node.js (one of the two ecosystems should be mastered)
- Experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably Vue
- Ability to independently design and implement frontend components, responsive UIs, backend endpoints and application logic
- Strong communication skills and proactive collaboration in project teams
Nice to have
- Experience with Flutter for mobile development
- Experience with testing, test automation or QA in software projects
- Familiarity with project management, documentation and issue‑tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
