About the Role

Job Description

Role

The Manager, Corporate Applications & AI Enablement will serve as an emerging AI thought leader and hands-on people leader responsible for launching and scaling a citizen development program that leverages AI and low-code/no-code platforms. This role owns delivery outcomes across integrations, automation, and digital enablement while maintaining governance, guardrails, and organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee enterprise integrations and digital workflows, including iPaaS coordination and API-driven automation.
  • Coordinate with the iPaaS platform team (Boomi) on integration design, delivery alignment, and operational outcomes.
  • Enable and support AI-driven initiatives, including citizen development and “vibe coding” approaches, with appropriate safety and scalability.
  • Own SDLC stages: requirements definition, backlog shaping, prioritization, sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to clarify needs, sequence work, and manage tradeoffs to maximize value and limit work-in-progress.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a senior team of systems analysts, integration specialists, and delivery professionals, including contractors and vendors.
  • Apply Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices and participate in defining guardrails and governance for citizen development.

What Success Looks Like

  • Business needs are consistently met and backlogs are clear, prioritized, and aligned to strategy and capacity.
  • Teams move quickly and sustainably, maintaining focus and avoiding burnout.
  • A citizen development and AI enablement program is launched and adopted with measurable outcomes.
  • Stakeholders view the manager as a pragmatic delivery partner.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 4+ years overseeing large-scale enterprise IT systems and teams; 5+ years leading IT application or integration delivery teams preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (coordination with Boomi) and integration design.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, and sprint-based execution.
  • Proven ability to balance delivery speed, quality, and team sustainability; strong prioritization and requirements-definition skills.
  • Experience with governance, OCM, and stakeholder management in complex manufacturing environments.

Location & Eligibility

  • Onsite at CoorsTek Global Headquarters in Golden, Colorado.
  • ITAR-regulated role: must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
