Job Description
Role
As a Manager for SAP BTP & Agentic AI you will lead projects and workstreams to design and implement platform-based SAP solutions that incorporate agentic AI and GenAI. The role spans strategic advising, technical architecture, development oversight and client-facing leadership from initial concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects and workstreams for SAP BTP and AI solution implementation
- Develop scalable, integrated architectures for complex enterprise landscapes
- Evaluate and define platform strategies (BTP, hyperscalers, open source, hybrid)
- Design and manage agent-based AI workflows (orchestration, tool integration, human-in-the-loop)
- Lead proofs-of-concept, demos, and pilot implementations
- Define target visions, roadmaps, and migration strategies from legacy systems
- Advise clients on complex technology decisions and coach project teams
- Ensure quality of implementation and support resource planning and team motivation
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)
- Strong programming skills and familiarity with modern development approaches
- Practical experience with AI/GenAI applications in an enterprise context
- Extensive experience with integration architectures, complex system landscapes and hyperscaler/hybrid ecosystems
- Experience leading teams and projects (including client-side project management)
- Strong communication, leadership and resource planning skills
- Proficiency in German and English
