Lead implementation of SAP BTP and agent-based AI solutions at BCG Platinion, developing scalable, integrated enterprise architectures and agentic workflows that transform business processes. Manage projects and teams from strategy to technical implementation, advising clients and driving proofs-of-concept and migrations.
Job Description
Role
Lead projects and workstreams to design and implement SAP BTP and AI-driven solutions, focusing on agent-based applications, integrated architectures, and scalable enterprise systems. Advise clients on platform strategy, develop migration roadmaps, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementations of SAP BTP and AI solutions, including proofs-of-concept, demos, and pilot projects
- Design scalable, integrated architectures for complex enterprise landscapes
- Define and evaluate platform strategies (SAP BTP, hyperscalers, open source, hybrid)
- Design and manage agent-based AI workflows (orchestration, tool integration, human-in-the-loop)
- Develop target visions, roadmaps, and migration strategies from legacy systems
- Advise clients on complex technology decisions and platform strategies
- Coach and lead team members; ensure quality of implementation and efficient resource planning
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)
- Strong programming skills and experience with modern development approaches
- Practical experience with AI/GenAI applications in an enterprise context
- Extensive experience with integration architectures, complex system landscapes, hyperscaler ecosystems, and hybrid architectures
- Experience leading teams and projects, including client-side project management
- Strong communication, leadership, and resource planning skills
- Ability to communicate complex issues confidently in German and English
