Role
The Market Analyst will support strategic marketing analytics by maintaining and improving existing financial and marketing models, developing new analytical solutions, and translating complex data into concise insights that inform cross-functional decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial and market models that integrate disparate qualitative and quantitative sources.
- Build and maintain Excel models to support forecasting and data-driven decision making.
- Act as the go-to expert on market data: study quantitative datasets, formulate and test hypotheses, and derive business implications.
- Communicate insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders, aligning assumptions and presenting results.
- Own projects end-to-end: set timelines, guide stakeholders, and deliver impactful data products and models.
Functional Knowledge
- Intermediate to expert understanding of ETL concepts and processes.
- Strong proficiency with Excel for modeling and analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization and design principles focused on audience experience and accessibility.
- Basic statistical analysis skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition.
Business Expertise
- Ability to link data to financial, marketing, and product management decisions.
- Comfortable zooming between transaction-level detail and high-level architecture of data pipelines and business processes.

Requirements
Minimum
- Strength with Excel and marketing analysis.
