Role
Marketing Manager – AI & Digital Marketing responsible for planning and executing AI-driven digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. The role emphasizes hands-on use of AI agents, marketing automation, chatbot development, and “vibe coding” with AI tools for rapid prototyping and campaign experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Use AI tools and agents to enhance campaign performance, targeting, and personalization.
- Manage SEO, SEM, SMM, and SMO initiatives to drive traffic and brand visibility.
- Design and optimize chatbot solutions for lead qualification and customer engagement.
- Apply vibe coding using AI tools for rapid prototyping, campaign experimentation, and automation workflows.
- Oversee end-to-end lead generation and conversion processes and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to AI-based tools (posting also lists an internal note of total work: 1 year required; primary required experience listed above is 5–8 years).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, and performance marketing.
- Experience with AI agents, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and chatbot development.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot or similar.
- Hands-on experience with vibe coding using AI tools (explicitly mandatory).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI tools for content creation and optimization.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or AI tools.
