Role
Yotpo is seeking a Marketing Programme Manager (ABM) to own ABM from strategy to execution for high-priority global accounts. This role acts as the operational backbone for account motion—managing programmes, systems, tracking and follow-through—while working closely with the executive team and global sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operationalisation and execution of ABM campaigns across paid, direct mail, email, gifting, and events.
- Develop account-level messaging and break-in plans with the executive team for priority targets.
- Maintain and clean target account lists and segmentations across global markets.
- Track every account’s status, notate next steps, set deadlines, and coordinate actions across stakeholders using tools such as Monday.com or Google Sheets.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at target brands and partner with sales to identify entry points.
- Own day-to-day execution using tools like Influ2, Swan, Clay, HeyReach, Salesforce, and Gong.
- Use Claude Code and similar tools to vibe-code internal utilities and automate workflows; replace repeated manual processes with automation.
- Own reporting and influence tracking, providing qualitative insights beyond dashboards.
- Attend events, meet buyers, and iterate quickly on campaigns and outreach.
Requirements
- Experience working with or for eCommerce brands, agencies, or tech partners; brand-side growth/retention/CX experience is a plus.
- Strong operational discipline: obsessive organization, tracking, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Real sales empathy and ability to adapt work to help close deals.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build plans iteratively.
- Daily use of AI to build and automate (mentions Claude Code and vibe-coding specifically).
- Must have valid UK work authorisation.
