Role
AI-Augmented Full Stack Web Developer (Node.js + React/Next.js). The role focuses on using AI-assisted development workflows to rapidly prototype, build, and ship scalable web applications with a strong emphasis on outcome-driven delivery and high execution speed. This is an in-person role.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype, build, and ship web application features using AI-assisted development tools.
- Design and implement backend services using Node.js and microservices architecture.
- Build responsive frontend applications with React.js or Next.js.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB) for data modeling and queries.
- Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate code generation, debugging, and refactoring.
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to deliver outcome-focused solutions.
- Handle basic deployment, scaling, and infrastructure tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on full stack web development experience.
- Strong experience with Node.js and React.js/Next.js.
- Experience designing and building microservices-based systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) and practical prompt engineering skills.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and ship features using AI assistance; comfortable with “vibe coding” (prioritizing outcomes and speed over manual-only workflows).
- Good-to-have: working knowledge of AWS and basic DevOps/deployment experience.
- Soft skills: high ownership, fast execution, ability to break down problems, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and focus on shipping features rather than over-engineering.
What We Don’t Want
- Reliance solely on manual/traditional coding without AI acceleration.
- Slow execution cycles or overly process-heavy/documentation-first approaches that impede delivery.
Compensation & Location
- Pay: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month.
