  • Demonstrated knowledge of one or more programming languages (examples cited: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of software design patterns and fundamentals of ML and cloud computing (AWS or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with Gen AI-assisted software development tools (examples cited: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cody or equivalent).
  • Proficiency with ML algorithms (multi-class classification, decision trees, SVMs, neural networks); deep learning experience preferred.
  • Less than 6 months of full-time software engineering experience.

Preferred / Standout Qualifications

  • Creativity, quick problem-solving, and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior internships, work experience, or participation in coding competitions.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly in Gen AI and agentic frameworks.

Program Benefits

  • Structured mentorship (mentors, team leaders, peer buddies) and regular training sessions hosted by senior technologists.
  • Real project experience from day one and exposure to multiple teams (application development & testing, SRE, business applications, data science/ML).
  • Hybrid work model with 3 days/week in office (location dependent).
  • Retirement planning, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive healthcare offerings.
