Role
Dwelly is hiring an Operations Associate to own end-to-end, high-impact operational projects across agencies, product, and maintenance providers. The role focuses on scaling processes, integrating acquisitions, building SOPs and dashboards, and delivering measurable improvements in speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, product, agency teams, and maintenance providers (maintenance supply management, process rollouts, SOP design and adoption, KPI dashboards, post-acquisition integration support).
- Own the feedback loop for the maintenance provider platform and mobile app; relay user feedback to product and implement fixes yourself using LLMs and automations.
- Test and iterate scalable processes and playbooks; roll out successful approaches across acquired agencies (some UK travel required).
- Analyse data to identify root causes, propose solutions, and implement them directly.
- Execute initiatives to grow revenue from ancillary services while maintaining strong landlord and tenant experience.
- Build and optimise processes to improve speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency without compromising service standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., investment banking, consulting, PE/VC) and/or 2+ years at a high-growth, AI-native startup.
- Proven experience building things 0→1.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to diagnose and solve problems.
- Extremely structured, execution-driven working style with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on AI fluency: daily use of LLMs to analyse, draft, automate, and build small tools without relying on engineers (this will be assessed in the interview process).
- Ability to break complex problems into actionable components and execute with high agency.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in operational tech businesses, marketplaces, proptech, or other service businesses.
- Examples of “vibe-coded” side projects, automations, or internal tools shipped.
