Operations & Culture Manager

Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications. The position focuses on building robust front-end applications with React.js, implementing high-performance backend services in Node.js, and delivering secure, well-architected APIs and data models.

Location & Experience

• Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
• Experience: Minimum ~2–3 years of full stack development experience (posting lists both 2+ years and Min 3 Year Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications and multi-tenant architectures.
• Build frontend applications using React.js.
• Develop secure, high-performance backend services using Node.js.
• Architect APIs (RESTful) and design databases for scalability and performance.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and performance optimization.
• Integrate third-party services and implement authentication/authorization patterns.
• Work with modern IDEs (Antigravity, VS Code, Cursor, WebStorm) and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams; participate in code reviews and enforce clean coding standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years (listing also includes Min 3 Year Experience) of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Proven experience building or contributing to SaaS platforms.
• Experience with API architecture and database design.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern IDEs, including AI-assisted coding tools.
• Knowledge or familiarity with agentic engineering / vibe coding practices.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), multi-tenancy, and role-based access control.
• Experience with frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow and Langchain.
• Experience working in startup or product-based environments.
