Role
Part-time, entry-level AI Developer (in-person, Bayville, NJ) contributing to AI Voice and digital workforce products. The role involves hands-on development, rapid prototyping, and collaboration with leadership to build production AI features and automation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy AI-powered features, tools, and integrations
- Use CLI-based AI tools (e.g., Claude Code CLI, Gemini CLI) to build and iterate rapidly
- Design and implement AI agent workflows and automation pipelines
- Work with APIs, LLMs, and AI services to create intelligent product features
- Participate in rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles
- Collaborate directly with company leadership on product development
Requirements
- Mandatory: proficiency or hands-on experience with CLI-based AI development tools (specifically Claude Code CLI, Gemini CLI, or strong general CLI experience)
- Comfortable working in the terminal and using CLI-based development workflows daily
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding and vibe coding methodologies
- Foundational understanding of software development concepts (version control, debugging, deployment)
- Familiarity with APIs and RESTful services
- Self-motivated, resourceful, strong problem-solving skills, and a builder’s mindset
Bonus Skills
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools and server integrations
- Familiarity with OCR technologies and document processing
- Experience with N8N or similar workflow automation platforms
- Exposure to Python, Node.js, or other backend languages
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and large language models
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent design
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
