PART TIME- IT Data Integrator & Code Problem Solver

Role

Part-time (1099) in-office IT Data Integrator & Code Problem Solver based in St. Joseph. You will work on-site during business hours (expected 20–32 hours/week) as an in-house technical developer and integrator, completing day-to-day coding, automation tasks, and longer-term software projects under the direction of senior technology leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, and low-code platforms to rapidly develop, debug, and deploy software solutions, scripts, and automations.
• Build, test, and maintain custom applications and manage code in Git repositories under senior staff direction.
• Automate routine IT and MSP workflows using API integrations and scripting.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot tech solutions, integrations, and local LLM deployments in the office lab environment.
• Track project progress, code iterations, and client issues using Freshdesk or SyncroMSP.
• Provide remote technical assistance and troubleshooting to clients from the office.
• Work with Cursor and various cloud-based hosting solutions.

Requirements

• Aptitude for AI-assisted coding and prompt engineering; experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
• Strong logical architecture skills, critical thinking, and troubleshooting ability to evaluate and correct AI-generated code.
• Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, network concepts, and RMM tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and maintain attention to detail.
• Must be able to work on-site at the St. Joseph office, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check if necessary.
• This is a part-time, 1099 contractor position; not remote.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20–32 hours per week
