Job Description

Role

Partner AI Solutions Sr. Principal responsible for owning a portfolio of AI/GenAI/Agentic solutions built with strategic partners. The role combines solution architecture, partner relationship management, and technical sales to accelerate customer adoption in areas like data modernization, generative AI development, and DevSecOps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, pursue, and scope AI business development leads in collaboration with growth leadership.
  • Build and deliver joint partner offerings that accelerate customer adoption and mission outcomes.
  • Drive partner-specific solution strategies including co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioning.
  • Engage with prospective and current customers and partners around developed partner solutions and digital accelerators.
  • Support enterprise captures and contribute proposal content when partner relationships are strategic to win strategy.
  • Lead development and execution of consultative selling collateral and partner solution offerings.
  • Architect, design, and build AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions, including development with AI coding assistance.
  • Implement secure and scalable infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and on-premises using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Collaborate across development, operations, security, and program teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions and streamline AI/Agentic AI deployments.
  • Implement configuration management and configuration-as-code, ensuring adherence to federal frameworks and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science.
  • Experience: 10+ years of related experience (posting also references 8+ years as potential variance).
  • Demonstrated experience developing AI solutions leveraging RAGs, fine tuning, pre-training, AI agents, AI Vibe, spec-driven coding, Crew AI, Swarm AI, etc.
  • Proven experience with AWS (including SageMaker, Bedrock, Q, AgentCore, Strands, EMR) and Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Experience with partner technologies and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, GitLab, Andruil, Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, Hadoop/Spark, Hortonworks, ServiceNowAI, SalesforceAI, and others.
  • Strong track record consulting on AI strategy, roadmap, and implementations for public sector or enterprise customers.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, program executives).
  • Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks: FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, FISMA, DoD IL4–IL7.
  • US Person required.

Preferred / Bonus

  • Federal Cloud and AI ATO experience.
  • AWS or Google associate-level certification (e.g., AWS Developer/Solutions Architect suggested).

Location & Work Conditions

  • Location: Washington DC Metro, hybrid.
  • Travel: 10-25%.
