Role
As a Partnerships Analytics & Operations Senior Analyst, you will build analytics, insights, and operational processes that support Adobe’s Partnerships strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role owning end-to-end analyses, dashboards, and the operational workflows that help the Partnerships organization make and execute decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and analyses to track partner performance, deal outcomes, and ecosystem/competitive trends.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights to inform partner prioritization, investment decisions, and deal optimization.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for partner and ecosystem decisions.
- Break down ambiguous questions into structured analyses, identify key drivers and tradeoffs, and present concise, decision-oriented outputs.
- Design and execute operational processes for partner planning, pipeline tracking, deal tracking, and reporting; ensure data accuracy and consistency across teams.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to how the organization runs.
- Track partner and ecosystem developments and contribute to lightweight competitive intelligence and early-stage pilots for partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, BizOps, consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong track record of solving problems using data and structured thinking and experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Analytics & technical skills: data analysis experience (SQL, Excel, Python or similar); dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to move from raw data to insight to recommendation and to build tools and dashboards that operationalize insights.
- AI proficiency: comfortable using AI tools and LLMs to accelerate analysis and workflows; familiarity with “vibe coding”/rapid prototyping using AI tools (building simple dashboards, scripts, or automations).
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders and telling concise, structured stories.
- Detail-oriented, ownership mindset, curious and proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Compensation
- U.S. pay range: $110,000 - $202,250 annually. State-specific ranges provided (e.g., California and New York: $139,700 - $202,250; Washington: $127,700 - $184,850).
