Role
You will own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads for both app and web campaigns, driving profitable growth through analysis of CAC, ROAS, contribution margins, and cohort performance. You will build and maintain performance dashboards, forecasts, and budget allocation models, lead a team of performance specialists, and explore DSP and programmatic channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale for app and web acquisition
- Drive profitable growth via deep analysis of CAC, ROAS, contribution margins, and cohort performance
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, forecasts, and budget allocation models
- Leverage LLMs and vibe coding to automate reporting and anomaly detection
- Rapidly analyze search terms, keywords, and creative performance using data-driven methods
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Finance to align ad spend with margins and business outcomes
- Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists
- Explore DSP and programmatic channels as additional growth levers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce, D2C, or marketplace businesses
- Extremely strong math and analytical skills with a numbers-first mindset
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale
- Proven ability to increase spend while maintaining or improving efficiency
- Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer or Branch
- High comfort with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python is a plus
- Strong communication skills to explain complex numbers to non-analytical teams
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
