Role
Senior PHP Developer (Laravel/Vue) responsible for designing, building and operating high-performance backend systems and marketing/tracking infrastructure. The role requires ownership of features and systems, pragmatic architecture decisions, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance backends and campaign infrastructure capable of handling large volumes of campaigns.
- Develop marketing and tracking systems, integrations with WordPress, and data stores.
- Optimize for performance, scalability and efficiency (including ClickHouse and MySQL usage).
- Work with job queues and Kubernetes-based deployments for reliable processing.
- Proactively propose and implement better solutions rather than only following specifications.
- Collaborate in a small development team and take responsibility for end-to-end delivery.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of software/web development experience.

- Willingness to take responsibility and improve existing designs.
- German language proficiency at C1 or native level (required).
