Principal Developer (a)

Role

Principal Developer / Architect responsible for designing and operating agentic workflows (vibe coding) so that probabilistic coding agents (LLMs) deliver deterministic, auditable software in a legal-compliance context. The role emphasizes software architecture, quality, and the orchestration of AI-driven developer tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and orchestrate probabilistic coding agents to produce deterministic, audit-safe code for .NET and React.
• Design strategies to mathematically reduce or exclude hallucinations in business logic (C#).
• Optimize agents’ working memory to make database schemas and legacy code usable without losing context.
• Prevent drift in infrastructure when agents autonomously modify Terraform scripts and ensure desired state.
• Define effective code-review processes for AI-generated code and scale human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

Requirements

• Deep experience with .NET and React; able to recognize anti-patterns early.
• Strong software architecture and design-pattern knowledge with an understanding of trade-offs.
• Experience thinking in rules and chain-of-thought-style constraints to guide AI agents toward guidelines and security standards.
• Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile teams and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
