About the Role
As Principal Growth Manager you will own business-critical initiatives to optimize lead steering and booking processes, reduce funnel drop-offs, and build alternative sales funnels. The role combines strategic analysis with hands-on implementation to increase conversion, throughput and revenue through measurable process improvements.

Role
Principal Growth Manager responsible for optimising lead steering and booking processes to reduce funnel drop-offs, develop alternative sales funnels and increase conversion and throughput. The role pairs strategic analysis with hands-on execution and delivers direct impact on revenue and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement lead-steering mechanisms for optimal lead distribution and prioritization
- Develop and test reactivation products for lost leads
- Build and scale alternative sales funnels
- Analyse and optimise booking and closing processes to increase conversion rates and reduce cycle time
- Define, track and interpret funnel and performance KPIs
- Identify process inefficiencies and derive concrete improvement measures
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product (including CPO and CSO)
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
- Strong academic background (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or comparable quantitative degrees)
- Proven impact from prior roles; experience in consulting, VC/PE, venture building, startups/scale-ups is preferred
- Hands-on mentality with operational execution experience
- Experience or exposure to Sales and/or Marketing, especially in funnel or performance contexts
- Ideally experience developing with AI or implementing AI solutions (posting explicitly states “Vibe Coding” is sufficient)
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
