Role
Lead product design for Adobe GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise, defining and elevating the design vision for generative-AI-powered creative and marketing tools used by enterprises. Combine storytelling, systems thinking, and user empathy to create cohesive, scalable experiences that turn complex AI workflows into human-centered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a bold, unified design vision across GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise.
- Shape user journeys and cohesive design narratives for campaign orchestration and enterprise generative capabilities.
- Prototype, iterate, and explore concepts and motion studies to validate ideas and maintain design integrity through launch.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure intuitive, powerful, and connected experiences.
- Mentor and inspire other designers, helping shape craft and culture on the team.
- Advocate for accessible and inclusive design practices across products.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience designing and shipping world-class digital products.
- Proven ability to create and communicate a unified design vision.
- Hands-on prototyping and experimentation mindset, including “vibe coding”.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear, confident communication.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and large product/design organizations.
- Enthusiasm for exploring the intersection of design, AI, and creative technology.
Preferred Qualifications (Accessibility)
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design and testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from IAAP are preferred.
Compensation
- U.S. pay range: $175,600 - $334,500 annually.
- California pay range: $231,000 - $334,500 annually.
