Principal Product Manager

Role

As the first product hire, you will define and execute the end-to-end product strategy to find and scale product-market fit for Mirelo’s generative audio technology. You will be deeply hands-on in a 0-to-1 capacity—prototyping, testing, running experiments, and owning the roadmap and success metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the full product roadmap and strategy.
• Prototype, test, run experiments, and iterate on features day-to-day.
• Work closely with research teams to make foundational audio models useful for creators and partners.
• Monitor feature adoption and quality; iterate based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Design experiments to validate new features and define success metrics.
• Coordinate work between developers and product designers.
• Define clear product requirements and collaborate with engineers to implement scalable data analysis pipelines.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience (5+ years) with strong understanding of generative AI/audio product space.
• Proven experience building 0-to-1 products in startups or fast-paced environments.
• Passion for the creator world and familiarity with video-gen or music-gen tools or creative practice.
• Hands-on approach to prototyping; ability to run experiments and iterate quickly.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to define product requirements and success metrics.

Nice to Have

• Technical background or software engineering experience.
• Prior work directly with generative audio or foundational AI models.
