Job Description
Role
Lead large-scale transformation programs that combine SAP BTP and AI, focusing on designing and implementing agent-based applications and integrated platform architectures. Act as a trusted advisor at the C-level, drive technology decisions, and position the practice as a thought leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP BTP and AI transformation programs.
- Define platform, data, and AI strategies for senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Own architecture for complex, integrated, and agent-based systems.
- Drive key technology decisions within large organizations.
- Lead business development and proposal efforts to acquire and expand projects.
- Deliver high-impact demos and proofs-of-concept.
- Build, lead, and develop interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science or comparable field with above-average grades.
- 8+ years of experience in IT consulting and managing complex IT/transformation programs.
- In-depth expertise in SAP BTP, integration architectures, and modern platform approaches (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core).
- Solid understanding of AI/GenAI and their strategic and operational applications.
- Experience in planning, managing, and evaluating economic impact of transformations, including business cases.
- Proven track record in leading teams (>5 people), managing complex programs and escalations.
- Strong business development experience and client advisory skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
