Procurement Assistant Manager responsible for coordinating overseas sourcing of service parts, maintaining reliable inventory levels, and fostering strong supplier relationships to meet operational demands. The role also drives digital transformation initiatives in procurement, including AI-driven demand forecasting and implementation of automated procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global sourcing initiatives to ensure on-time introduction and availability of LG service parts.
- Manage overseas suppliers and coordinate with international and domestic supplier networks.
- Lead projects to improve supply chain productivity and operational processes.
- Drive digital transformation efforts: market and policy analysis, AI-driven demand forecasting, and automated procurement implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, and sales to align procurement goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, data-driven thinking, and a positive attitude.
- Effective cross-functional communicator and ability to work on collaborative fast-paced teams.
- Interpersonal skills for handling sensitive issues, ambiguity, and change.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation & Benefits
- Recruiting range: $73,000–$78,000 USD.
