Procurement & Vendor Management Executive (Rice/Sugar)

Role

Procurement & Vendor Management Executive responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and vendor relations for agro-products across India, performing market research, vendor audits, and on-ground inspections, and maintaining automated data tracking and documentation using advanced Excel and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and vendor relationships for agro-products across India.
• Travel extensively across states to conduct market research, vendor audits, and on-ground inspections.
• Maintain and update automated data trackers using advanced Excel.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to optimize daily workflows and documentation.
• Use basic Python or AI-assisted coding tools to support automation and data tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in vendor management for agro products.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (automated trackers, data management).
• Strong research, documentation, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of AI productivity tools and AI-assisted coding (“vibe coding”) tools.
• Basic Python skills or equivalent experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across states.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹10,339.74 - ₹50,175.07 per month (as stated in the posting).

• Required experience: 3 years in vendor management for agro products.
• Work location: Remote, with extensive interstate travel required.
