Job Description
Role
Product Analyst for Prism, IntegriChain’s conversational analytics platform. The analyst ensures that business-user prompts return accurate, trustworthy answers by reviewing prompts, certifying queries against source data, and improving the semantic layers that map business questions to raw SQL data.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve user prompts so questions are interpreted correctly against the semantic layer using tools like Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and Codex.
- Certify queries and answers by validating Prism’s responses against source data and signing off for business trust.
- Own quality by monitoring repeat errors, gaps, and misreads and driving fixes.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to enhance semantic layers, taxonomies, metadata, and labeling.
- Perform data analysis across pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and related areas to inform how data is represented in Prism.
- Engage with business owners to capture question requirements and translate them into improved prompts, queries, and data structures.
- Write clear technical requirements for model tuning, data restructuring, or product improvements.
- Document data provenance, business logic, and relationships to support transparency and trust in Prism’s answers.
- Provide data-quality input into roadmap and prioritization decisions for Prism.
- Work with QA to create sprint test cases for answer accuracy and help prepare internal and customer-facing updates (release notes, briefings, presentations).
Requirements
- At least 3 years in data analysis, data correlation, or similar analytical work.
- Comfortable with SQL, semantic layers, and data structures; able to dig into data problems independently.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex and an understanding of how they interpret structured data and prompts.
- Working knowledge of semantic data modeling (ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or similar) and how it supports AI querying.
- Ability to detect when AI answers do not match source data and diagnose root causes.
- Track record of converting complex data relationships into actionable requirements while working with Product, Data Science, and Engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with business owners and documenting technical requirements.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Familiarity with pharma, contracts, and pricing is a plus. A 4-year degree in a related field is preferred.
