Role
Adobe Design is hiring a Product Designer to define next-generation enterprise experiences for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) within Adobe Experience Cloud. The role requires a versatile designer who works closely with product management, engineering, and support to craft AI-driven workflows and high-quality interaction and visual designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and develop design solutions for enterprise product experiences.
- Tell design stories through sketches, storyboards, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Design, build, and test interactive prototypes to support iterative design cycles.
- Prototype and iterate rapidly using AI-assisted tools and vibe-coding techniques (e.g., Cursor or similar).
- Ensure visual language and interaction patterns align with Adobe’s design system.
- Act as the voice of the user, balancing user needs, client objectives, and technical constraints.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field (HCI, interaction, visual) or comparable work experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience in product design for consumer and/or enterprise products.
- Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals and the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Experience working iteratively within agile product and engineering teams and incorporating feedback.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch.
- Experience prototyping with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor or similar).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing enterprise software and AI-driven enterprise experiences.
- Experience conducting user research.
- Background in Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Brand Management, or related verticals.
Compensation & Logistics
- U.S. pay range stated for this role: $101,200 - $201,950 annually.
- New York pay range stated: $139,400 - $201,950 annually.
- Non-sales roles expressed as base salary; short-term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term equity awards.
