Product Designer (AI-First UX/UI)

Role

Product Designer (AI-First UX/UI) responsible for creating high-quality, responsive web and mobile experiences, building scalable Figma design systems, and using AI tools to accelerate design exploration and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, responsive product experiences for web and mobile.
• Translate product and business requirements into developer-ready designs and deliverables.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems: components, variants, variables, auto-layouts, libraries, and design architectures.
• Create illustrations, icons, 3D visuals, motion graphics, and micro-interactions to enhance UX.
• Define typography, color systems, spacing, and overall visual language.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to iterate quickly and maintain consistency.
• Incorporate user feedback and business goals to continuously improve designs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Product/UI Design experience (1–5 years indicated).
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing modern SaaS, consumer, or web products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Components, Variants, Variables, Auto Layout, Prototyping, Libraries, Design Systems).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, responsive design, accessibility, and usability.
• Excellent visual design skills including typography, layout, color theory, iconography, and design storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant user experiences and deliver pixel-perfect execution.

AI-First Design Skills (Must Have)

• Integrate AI into daily design workflows to explore directions, generate production-quality UI, and speed iterations.
• Comfortable with tools listed below (Figma AI, Claude/Claude Design, ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable, V0, Bolt, Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram) and AI-powered motion/design tools.
• Use AI to create illustrations, icons, 3D assets, motion graphics, UX copy, and move rapidly from concept to polished designs.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI-powered or consumer-facing products, particularly in travel, fintech, or consumer domains.
• Strong systematic thinking and experience building large-scale design systems.
• Up-to-date with emerging AI design tools and fast-paced product development.

• Locations: Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Delhi NCR (New Delhi or Gurgaon).

Compensation

• ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (as listed in the posting).
