Product Designer

Role

GlomoPay is seeking a Product Designer based in Bangalore (work from office) to craft intuitive, scalable, high-impact user experiences for web and mobile products in the cross-border payments domain. The designer will simplify complex financial workflows, improve conversion and retention, and contribute to the product across the full design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys for web and mobile platforms.
• Ship designs using “Vibe Coding” and AI tools to increase velocity and fidelity.
• Simplify cross-border payments flows, onboarding, and transaction experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback.
• Build and maintain consistent design systems.
• Optimize user flows for conversion, retention, and usability.
• Continuously iterate on product experience based on data and insights.

Requirements

Must-have

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and AI tools (use of AI tools in everyday execution is required).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or banking.
• Understanding of the cross-border payments ecosystem.
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
• Exposure to data-driven design and A/B testing.
