Product Designer

Role

Jinba seeks its first Product Designer to own end-to-end product design for an enterprise AI automation platform. You will work closely with founders, the Head of Growth, and product engineers to define product direction, design interfaces, and ship work used by large financial and insurance customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and research with enterprise clients and analyze the competitive landscape.
• Rapidly prototype low-fidelity concepts, iterate with engineers and stakeholders, and produce high-fidelity designs ready for implementation.
• Embed with engineering teams throughout the build process rather than purely handing off specs.
• Contribute to product strategy and help prioritize what to build.
• Establish reusable design patterns and a scalable component library/design system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work: research, wireframes, and shipped UIs.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers and designing within technical constraints.
• Experience designing for enterprise UX, complex workflows, and power-user scenarios.
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) and other prototyping tools.
• Self-directed, high-agency approach; ability to take ownership in a small team.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI/vibe-coding tools (examples called out: Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, v0, Claude Artifacts, Replit Agent).
• A point of view on AI UX and familiarity designing for developer or technical audiences.
