Role
We are hiring a world-class Product Designer to raise the design bar across Knowunity’s AI learning product. You will define high-quality UI, motion, and system-level patterns, prototype rapidly, and help shape AI-native product experiences used by millions of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design from concept to production and iterate rapidly with engineering and C-level stakeholders.
- Define and scale a design system and establish design standards, reviews, and curated references.
- Pioneer AI-native design workflows and experiences, including AI-assisted authoring and AI-powered design reviews.
- Produce pixel-level UI and motion work that improves metrics and user delight.
- Collaborate tightly with engineers and product to ship experiments and features quickly.
Requirements
- Portfolio-first hiring: demonstrable shipped work that moved metrics and delighted users.
- Extremely strong craft orientation (UI, motion, detail-driven design).
- Systems thinker able to scale quality across product and contribute to code-first design systems.
