Role
Loop Health is seeking a Product Designer to design and iterate on mobile and web products across healthcare and insurance, contributing to UX strategy and the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, research and engineering teams to craft UX experiences at the intersection of healthcare and insurance.
- Design across Loop’s ecosystem including the Loop App, onboarding modules, B2B interfaces, and internal operations tools.
- Shape product roadmap and UX strategy with heads of design and product; contribute new ideas and design-driven innovations.
- Facilitate rapid hypothesis-driven iterations, prototyping, and testing to validate concepts.
- Design for diverse user groups across ages, geographies and industries; advance UI and visual design using Loop’s brand language.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing software products, including consumer-facing products.
- Strong skills in UX research, service design, interaction and interface design, and visual design.
- PM and researcher mindset for planning, scoping and designing features; problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to iterate incrementally and deliver transformative changes to healthcare and insurance journeys.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and testing; strong verbal and written communication, project and time management skills.
- Comfortable mapping user journeys and moving between AI rapid prototyping and user research.
- Well-educated in design (formal education not required).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in healthcare.
- Knowledge of motion design, “vibe” coding and advanced generative AI tools.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Origami, SwiftUI, ProtoPie.
