Job Description
Role
Product Designer responsible for designing intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes for an AI-enabled digital advertising optimization platform. The role focuses on translating complex analytics into actionable visualizations, maintaining the design system, and bridging design and engineering through working demos and rapid iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Translate complex analytics and data into clear, actionable visualizations.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system and component libraries.
- Build functional prototypes and demo-ready implementations beyond static mockups.
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and research; apply prompt engineering to generate and test design variations.
- Leverage AI coding assistants to translate design ideas into working demos and validate/refine AI-generated code.
- Iterate rapidly by “vibe coding” with AI to test real interactions and refine features.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders; present design rationale and participate in critiques.
- Document design decisions and maintain organized design files; adapt to agile methodologies and shifting priorities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and strong visual and interaction design fundamentals.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in your workflow.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, v0.dev) and ability to create working prototypes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience designing SaaS, B2B, or data-heavy applications.
- Knowledge of React or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Background in ad tech or marketing platforms.
Benefits
- Subscriptions to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Cursor) provided by the company.
- Learning budgets to sharpen AI and design skills.
- Flexible hours and flexible location; autonomy and low-micromanagement culture.
- Emphasis on building working prototypes and rapid iteration rather than prolonged debates.
