Product Designer

Role

Paramount+ is hiring a Product Designer to craft intuitive, pixel-precise experiences across devices and product areas (discovery, engagement, etc.). The designer will partner with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to evolve visual and interaction systems while balancing usability, business goals, and technological constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce pixel-precise, on-brand designs based on product requirements and partner feedback.
• Research competitive landscape, create user flows, and design solutions that account for evolving functionality and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to develop solutions across multiple problem spaces.
• Advocate for visual and functional consistency while identifying strategic opportunities to evolve systems and interactions.
• Rapidly concept, ideate, and execute multiple design concepts; support launches across the product lifecycle.
• Leverage AI to broaden exploratory design space and accelerate execution and delivery, including AI-assisted prototyping and vibe-coding workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience.
• Strong UX and visual design sense with attention to simple, intuitive interfaces and pixel-level detail.
• Proven experience working in agile product development teams alongside product owners, developers, and QA.
• Ability to work independently with ownership and to gather consensus from multiple internal partners.
• Experience partnering with other designers, product managers, and engineers through multiple product launches.
• Comfort experimenting with evolving AI tools and workflows, including AI-assisted prototyping and vibe-coding tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating functional knowledge and modern visual design sensibility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hiring salary range: $86,000.00 - $120,000.00 (applies to NY, CA, CO, WA, and most geographies).
