Role
The Product Designer will create pixel-precise, on-brand product experiences for Paramount+ that turn complex ideas into simple, intuitive interfaces across devices. The role partners closely with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive discovery, engagement, and consistent visual and interaction systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce pixel-precise designs based on product requirements and partner feedback.
- Research competitive landscape and create user flows to inform product solutions.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and cross-functional partners across problem spaces like discovery and engagement.
- Advocate for visual and functional consistency and evolve design systems and interactions where strategic opportunities exist.
- Rapidly concept, ideate, prototype, and execute multiple concepts, supporting launches across the product lifecycle.
- Leverage AI and AI-assisted tools (including vibe-coding workflows) to broaden exploration and speed execution.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience.
- Strong UX and visual design sense with attention to simple, intuitive interfaces and pixel-level detail.
- Experience working in agile product teams and partnering with product owners, developers, QA, and other designers.
- Proven ability to adapt to fast timelines, shifting priorities, and urgent deadlines while owning deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience running multiple launches and gathering consensus from internal partners.
- A portfolio that shows deep functional knowledge and modern visual design sensibility.
- Comfort experimenting with evolving AI tools and AI-assisted prototyping/vibe-coding workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring salary range: $86,000.00 - $120,000.00 (USD).
