Product Designer

Role

Paramount+ seeks a Product Designer to produce pixel-precise, on-brand product experiences that simplify complex problems across devices. The designer will partner with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive discovery and engagement, advocate for visual and functional consistency, and evolve design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create pixel-precise designs guided by product requirements and partner feedback.
• Research competitive landscape and create user flows that inform product solutions and evolving functionality.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other partners to develop solutions across discovery and engagement problem spaces.
• Advocate for visual and functional consistency while identifying strategic opportunities to evolve systems and interactions.
• Rapidly concept, ideate, and execute multiple concepts; support full product lifecycle and multiple launches.
• Leverage AI to broaden exploratory space and speed execution and delivery, including AI-assisted prototyping and vibe-coding tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience.
• Strong UX and visual design sensibility with attention to usability and interaction patterns at scale.
• Proven experience working in agile product development teams alongside product owners, developers, and QA.
• Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineering to deliver across the product lifecycle and through multiple launches.
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast timelines and changing priorities, work with ownership, and gather consensus from internal partners.
• Portfolio demonstrating modern visual design sensibility and deep functional knowledge.
• Comfort experimenting with evolving AI tools and workflows, including AI-assisted prototyping and vibe-coding tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hiring salary range: $86,000.00 - $120,000.00 (applicable to NY, CA, CO, WA, and most other geographies).
