Product Designer

Role

Paramount is seeking a Product Designer to craft pixel-precise, on-brand digital product experiences for Paramount+. The role focuses on turning complex ideas into simple, intuitive interfaces across devices, collaborating closely with product management and engineering, and leveraging AI tools to expand exploratory work and speed execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce pixel-precise designs based on product requirements and partner feedback.
• Research competitive landscape, create user flows, and design solutions that account for evolving functionality and technological impact.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to develop solutions for discovery and engagement problems.
• Advocate for visual and functional consistency while evolving design systems and interactions strategically.
• Leverage AI to broaden exploratory design space and accelerate execution and delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience.
• Strong UX and visual design sense with attention to simple, intuitive interfaces and pixel-level detail.
• Experience working in agile product development teams and partnering with product owners, developers, and QA.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly concept, ideate, and execute multiple concepts and ship through multiple launches.
• Experience gathering consensus from multiple internal partners and adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating functionality knowledge paired with modern visual design sensibility.
• Curiosity and comfort experimenting with evolving AI tools and workflows, including AI-assisted prototyping and vibe-coding tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hiring salary range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00 (USD).
