Product Designer (UI/UX + AI Prototyping)

Role

Senior Product Designer owning the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications in a healthcare technology product. You will translate product requirements into intuitive, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes, and leverage AI tools to accelerate prototyping and front-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, modern, and responsive experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to prototype interfaces and generate front-end code to accelerate development.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to iterate quickly based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
• Maintain consistency across design systems, components, and user journeys.
• Contribute to product strategy and help shape the platform direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience for SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and user-centered thinking.
• Expertise with Figma and modern design systems.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or similar platforms to accelerate design and development workflows.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in healthcare technology is a plus.

• Base pay: $100,000 per year.
