Explicitly requires vibe coding skills and heavy use of AI tools to prototype and ship end-to-end features.
About the Role

Job Description
Role
Ablefy is hiring a Product Designer/Builder who sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. You will own the UX quality and shape the experience for a key area of the product while using AI-assisted prototyping (“vibe coding”) to build working solutions that accelerate prioritisation and delivery. Over time the role evolves into full end-to-end product ownership across discovery, design, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Run product discovery end-to-end and rapidly prototype concepts using AI-assisted tools.
- Validate ideas with users and translate findings into prioritized work and clear product decisions.
- Drive prioritisation and engineering alignment by demonstrating working prototypes rather than specifications alone.
- Own information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity execution in Figma or directly in code.
- Directly build parts of the product in the production environment and collaborate closely with engineers to finish the last mile.
- Use AI to synthesise user feedback, market signals, and usage data into actionable product insights.
- Review release documentation and approve customer-facing messaging to ensure accurate communication of value.
Requirements
- Mid to senior-level UX and product design skills with a portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking from insight to shipped experience.
- Fluent in both vibe coding (AI-assisted prototyping in code) and high-fidelity design in Figma.
- Strong understanding of design systems and consistent execution in production.
- Comfortable reading product metrics and translating data into design/product decisions.
- Solid user research practice (interviews, usability tests, turning findings into concrete changes).
- Experience working closely with engineers and familiarity with how things are built.
- Ambition to grow into full Product Builder responsibilities, spanning product management and engineering.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in SaaS, marketplace, creator economy, or EdTech products.
- Deep technical background in frontend development (React or similar).
- German language skills.
Benefits
- 30 vacation days (Paid Time Off).
- Competitive salary.
- Personal training & development budget: €1,500 per year.
- Individual coaching and further training.
- Pension program with company match.
- Free BVG ticket.
- Employee discounts (e.g., gym, online stores).
- Responsibility and trust from day one.
- Inclusive culture and commitment to equity and diversity.
