Drive engagement and growth through data-driven experimentation, AI-enabled rapid prototyping, and cross-functional leadership of a small PM squad.

Role
Product Director, Banking Engagement at Crypto.com. Lead the Banking product vertical to bridge Trading and Banking, driving the platform toward “Primary Account” status by converting idle cash into a high-engagement daily banking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own strategy and roadmap for accounts, liquidity utility, and everyday financial features.
- Set and drive North Star engagement KPIs to increase MAU and everyday banking utility.
- Establish and run a high-frequency, data-driven experimentation program (A/B testing) across onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Foster AI-forward execution, including vibe coding and rapid prototyping, to accelerate the build-measure-learn loop.
- Own end-to-end banking onboarding and customer experience to convert crypto-native users into banking-active users.
- Manage portfolio evolution from core wallet utility to savings and cashflow orchestration features.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, and Legal/Compliance to ensure high-quality, compliant product delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a squad of 2–3 Product Managers.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product leadership experience at high-growth consumer fintechs, neo-banks, or digital marketplaces.
- Proven track record driving user activation and engagement.
- Deep familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product development.
- Strong customer-centric design sense and ability to translate customer pain points into intuitive UX.
- Excellent structured thinking and communication skills; able to translate long-term vision into measurable milestones.
- Experienced AI utility power-user comfortable integrating AI tools into product and prototyping workflows.
- Commercially astute with an understanding of deposit retention and cross-selling economics.
- Bonus: Knowledge of neo-banking and payments landscape across the US and Europe, including rails and regulatory frameworks.
