Role
Replit is hiring a Partner/Product Engineer to operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and strategy. You’ll be the technical lead for strategic partnerships, owning feasibility evaluation, integration design, prototyping, and execution with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for strategic partnerships from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Design practical, scalable integration approaches and scope technical requirements.
- Translate business goals into concrete technical plans; communicate tradeoffs, risks, and constraints.
- Drive execution across engineering, product, partnerships, legal, sales, and marketing.
- Build demos, proofs-of-concept, and reference implementations to unlock partnership opportunities.
- Improve internal tooling and processes for managing integrations and identify patterns that should inform the core product.
- Represent Replit in technical workshops, joint events, and executive discussions; act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, sales engineering, or partner engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with integrations and APIs; able to design and evaluate integration feasibility and success criteria.
- Comfortable as the technical voice of a strategic partner and working in customer-facing, cross-functional contexts.
- Knowledge of Vibe Coding tools and traditional developer tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business- or customer-facing experience combined with a technical background.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
- Background in SaaS platforms or B2B integrations.
- Experience building on Replit and running large hackathons or events.
- Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.

Location & Work Arrangement
- Full-time role based in Foster City, CA with an in-office requirement Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
