Arcesium seeks a Product Lead to define and execute the product vision and roadmap for its Treasury modules covering collateral management, margin calculation, portfolio financing, and securities borrowing and lending. The role involves rapid prototyping of product ideas, close collaboration with engineering and architecture teams, and engagement with clients to shape product direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for treasury product modules.
- Rapidly prototype and validate hypotheses using AI coding assistants and vibe-coding / rapid‑prototyping approaches to produce functional interactive demos.
- Translate vision into product and feature specifications through requirements gathering, solutioning, and business analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure specifications are translated into designs and implemented effectively.
- Continuously evaluate product progress against test cases and product specifications.
- Engage internal stakeholders and external users to gather feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize enhancements.
- Measure and analyze product usage and user feedback to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Prepare business cases, timelines, budgets, release notes, and project artifacts; partner with other product teams on cross‑cutting initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in product management, preferably in financial technology products or platforms.
- Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants and vibe‑coding / rapid prototyping to build working product prototypes without waiting for engineering.
- Strong customer empathy and experience working with hedge funds or institutional asset managers preferred.
- Ability to balance technical requirements with user and stakeholder needs and work closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, critical thinking, multitasking, and stakeholder influence skills.
- High personal maturity, collaboration, resourcefulness, domain creativity, and execution focus.
- Domain expertise in treasury and post‑trade processes (collateral management, margin calculation, portfolio financing, securities borrow/lend) is a plus.
