Product Manager (AI Adoption) to join a small, startup-like squad building Multiverse's AI Adoption Platform. You will prototype and ship AI-enabled features with a paired engineering pod, moving the product from MVP to scalable enterprise adoption.

Role
Product Manager (AI Adoption) joining the Adoption AI Team to build a category-defining AI Adoption Platform. The role is hands-on and builder-focused: you will prototype, ship, and iterate rapidly with a paired engineering pod to scale an MVP into a platform for enterprise AI transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Move the product from MVP to scale by building the initial core product and extending into the wider platform suite.
- Rapid prototyping and “vibe coding” using AI-assisted coding tools in real time alongside engineers.
- Pair closely with a dedicated engineering pod to prototype, build, and ship features quickly.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and senior leadership to define role-specific AI use cases and adoption strategies.
- Launch fast, test in production, and iterate based on adoption and outcome metrics.
Requirements
- Hands-on product management experience in early-stage, agile, or startup environments.
- Demonstrable experience building prototypes using AI coding/prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit (explicitly required).
- Familiarity with full-stack environments; experience with AWS and React is preferred.
- B2B or B2B2C product experience preferred; adaptability from high-growth B2C backgrounds considered.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management; ability to own problems end-to-end and make decisive trade-offs.

- Act as an owner: lead solutions, move quickly, and rally cross-functional partners.
- Use AI as a core part of the toolkit to accelerate delivery and outcomes.
