Role
Product Manager – AI Agents responsible for defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for agentic AI products that automate decision-making and reduce operational cost across enterprise customers. Work closely with the AI Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, designers, data scientists, and internal SMEs to build modular, autonomous workflows with strong governance and explainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for agentic AI products.
- Understand enterprise user needs and translate them into agentic workflows and product requirements.
- Define and prioritize requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
- Collaborate daily with AI Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to shape features, model capabilities, data flows, and agent behaviors.
- Validate solutions with internal SMEs, customers, and partners; iterate rapidly.
- Ensure compliance, data security, and governance are integrated into product features.
- Guide UI/UX for explainability, user control, and human-AI handoffs.
- Manage cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales enablement.
- Track market trends in AI agents, enterprise SaaS, and automation tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management; proven experience launching B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
- 2+ years working on AI/ML products or strong understanding of AI/ML, automation platforms, or intelligent agents (preferred).
- Experience in agile product teams collaborating with engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- Analytical, data-driven approach to prioritization and decision making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
