Product Manager – AI/ML Product Builder (Core Intelligence)

Role

We are hiring a mid-level, hands-on AI/ML Product Builder to define and deliver the next generation of intelligence agents for self-driving networks. You will shape the foundational intelligence layer across products, working across platform, models, agents, and user-facing applications to improve monitoring, diagnosis, and optimization of networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams and network SMEs to define and build AI/ML-powered agents that improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle for intelligence capabilities: discovery, scoping, prototyping, development, launch, and iteration.
• Use AI tools (LLMs, copilots, vibe coding) to prototype agent behaviors, automations, evaluators, reasoning flows, and UX interactions.
• Work with engineering to design and ship agentic systems that perform multi-step reasoning, take actions, validate outcomes, and learn from telemetry.
• Translate telemetry, events, logs, and signals into models, insights, and agent behaviors.
• Define agent policies, triggers, safety boundaries, and success criteria; drive clarity with product and outcome definitions and evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with design to create trustworthy, explainable AI/ML experiences for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and decision assistance.
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to optimize model performance, latency, cost, data quality, and decision accuracy; build feedback loops and evaluation systems.
• Ensure intelligence features meet enterprise-grade safety, privacy, responsible AI, and operational constraints.
• Operate with urgency to simplify complexity, unblock teams, and ship value quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or PM/technical hybrid roles, with 2+ years building and shipping AI/ML solutions, agents, or intelligence capabilities end-to-end.
• Proven experience building and shipping AI/ML features or agents (LLMs, ML models, anomaly detection, predictive systems, or autonomous workflows).
• Demonstrated ability to rapid-prototype using AI as a force multiplier (vibe coding tools, RAG & eval frameworks, agent orchestration).
• Ability to read/write lightweight code or scripts in Python (using AI assistance for prototyping).
• Strong product instincts: simplifying complex technical domains, prioritizing, and defining user value; experience evaluating model quality, cost, latency, and reliability.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration, retrieval pipelines, vector stores, guardrails, and cost/latency trade-offs; understanding of agentic patterns is a plus.
• Experience working with telemetry, logs, and event streams to identify automation opportunities.
• Excellent asynchronous communication and experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.
• Networking and/or security experience is a plus but not required.

Experience & Portfolio

• 5+ years product management or equivalent PM/technical hybrid experience.
• 2+ years directly building and shipping AI/ML solutions or agents.
• Portfolio or examples showing shipped AI/ML features or agents, rapid prototyping with AI tools, and evaluation of model performance and trade-offs.
