Role
As a Full Stack Product Manager for Applied ML and Agent Systems, you will lead product strategy and execution for agentic AI stacks, building production-ready autonomous workflows and proving their value at scale. You will work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and partners, using rapid prototyping and agentic engineering tools to move ideas from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype full-stack applications using AI-native tools to convert ideas into clickable demos and live prototypes.
- Replace static PRDs with live demos to validate desirability and reduce upfront engineering investment.
- Use the terminal and AI coding assistants to orchestrate complex, multi-step autonomous systems and define specialized agents and skills.
- Act as a co-builder alongside engineering to solve technical blockers and unblock the path to launch.
- Operate autonomously and entrepreneurially to drive 0β1 product outcomes and scale agentic solutions across the company.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (end-to-end, 0β1).
- 3 years of experience developing or launching edge platforms or technologies within AI or Agent AI workloads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience founding a startup or shipping significant side projects.
- Proficiency with modern AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Replit Agent, Claude Dev, Gemini Code Assist) to accelerate development velocity.
- Familiarity with the LLM landscape (e.g., RAG, Agents, Context Windows) and the ability to troubleshoot when models fail.
- Comfortable using the terminal, working with APIs and webhooks, and guiding models to generate production-ready logic.
- Ability to write and debug code (examples: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and build working applications.
Compensation
US base salary range: $240,000 - $334,000 (base) + bonus + equity + benefits.
