Product Manager, Dialogue

About the Role
Product Manager for Dialogue at WorkBuzz leading the product roadmap and execution for an AI-first employee listening product. The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and hybrid based in Milton Keynes, focused on launching and scaling a B2B SaaS product using data and AI-supported prototyping.
Job Description
Role
Work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams to own the product roadmap and delivery for Dialogue, an AI-first employee listening product. This is a hands-on product role in a fast-moving scale-up environment, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, customers, and go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Dialogue, prioritising based on customer evidence, usage data, and business outcomes.
- Conduct continuous customer discovery (interviews, data analysis, JTBD thinking) and validate ideas using prototypes and AI-supported tooling.
- Translate strategy into clear specifications, business logic, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs for engineering.
- Ship iteratively with design and engineering, minimise rework, and provide clarity and context to delivery teams.
- Support commercial enablement: demo Dialogue, shape solutions for customers, identify expansion opportunities, and create early-stage product marketing materials (release narratives, enablement, ROI stories, positioning).
- Design in-product customer success flows and explore integrations (including Fin.ai) with scoped business cases.
- Lead the Customer Advisory Board and contribute to evolving product practice across the company.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
- Experience launching or scaling B2B SaaS products and shipping iteratively with engineering teams.
- Experience building or launching AI-enabled products or features.
- Strong exposure to customer-facing activities such as sales, demos, and discovery.
- Experience in product marketing and GTM enablement.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong product judgement under uncertainty and ability to prioritise ruthlessly.
- Data-driven decision making and experience extracting insights from product analytics tooling such as PostHog.
- Clear and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to connect customer problems to business value and technical execution.
Ways of Working
- AI-first, experimental mindset with hands-on prototyping and tooling.
- Entrepreneurial, action-oriented, comfortable moving fast and iterating under ambiguity.
- Ownership mentality, collaborative, and accountable.
Location & Hours
- Hybrid role based in Milton Keynes with expectation to be in the office two days per week. Full-time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £60,000–£75,000 plus benefits. Includes share options and private health insurance. WorkBuzz also offers development investment and flexible/hybrid working arrangements.
