Edia is hiring a Product Manager to own 0-to-1 product development for AI-driven K–12 education tools, working closely with the CEO, customers, engineering, and marketing. The role requires customer research, defining requirements, rapid prototyping (including building front-ends with AI coding tools), and driving outcomes for school districts.

Role
Edia is seeking a Product Manager to take full ownership of scoping, defining, and shipping new AI-driven products for K–12 education. You will partner with the CEO, engage deeply with prospective clients, and work across engineering and GTM teams to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape product vision in collaboration with the CEO.
- Conduct customer discovery by meeting with 100+ prospective clients to validate problems and solutions.
- Define product requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Build functional prototypes and front-ends yourself using AI coding tools to reach working products quickly.
- Collaborate with marketing to communicate product vision and engage customers.
- Work closely with engineering to ship on time and iterate using data and customer feedback.
- Define success metrics and be accountable for outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience in software.
- Demonstrated experience building products, ideally from scratch.
- Ability to build your own front-ends (or progress substantially) using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Replit.
- Strong problem-solving, high agency, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and good product taste.
- Deep care about improving outcomes for students and educators.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
- Compensation range: $180,000 - $250,000 (USD).
