Role
You will be the Product Manager for GenAI Developer Experiences, responsible for guiding products from conception to launch and building the infrastructure and developer workflows that enable rapid, AI-driven prototyping for YouTube creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the GenAI developer experience, translating vibe coding concepts into functional systems.
- Design and drive an AI-native engine that generates fully functional, data-ready prototypes.
- Architect secure systems that allow GenAI to access creator data while preserving YouTube’s visual language and security requirements.
- Enable product teams to move directly to high-fidelity working demos, reducing backend development timelines.
- Facilitate immediate testing with real creator tools to focus development on high-value features.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (0→1 experience).
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Python software development.
- Experience with generative AI technologies and launching customer-facing LLM products.
- Experience managing full product lifecycle for AI-driven products.
- Experience implementing product solutions that improve workflow and cost efficiencies.
- Ability to leverage user support data to improve metrics like CSAT, resolution times, and operational costs.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
