Role
NiCE Product Managers own product direction for contact-center interaction analytics and related solutions by engaging directly with customers and partners, defining market and product requirements, and driving product launch, positioning, packaging, and pricing. The role is AI-first and expects active use of modern AI tools to prototype and validate product concepts rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain direct client engagement to validate product direction and ensure customer needs are reflected in strategy.
- Develop and maintain Product Requirements Backlogs detailing business and technical requirements for releases.
- Assist with functional and technical design for features driven by product requirements.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI-assisted development tools to validate concepts with internal teams and customers.
- Leverage AI development platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Manus AI, Lovable) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and experimentation.
- Manage relationships across functional groups and influence without direct hierarchical authority.
- Prioritize and update defects, improvements, and enhancements.
- Design/storyboard and develop product demonstration scenarios within the application.
- Participate in customer-facing sales meetings, events, and user conferences as a product expert.
- Perform competitive analysis and act as a reference point for knowledge of competitors’ relevant products.
- Communicate the value of GenAI/Copilot solutions to employees, customers, prospects, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Marketing, or similar, or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in software product management, professional services, or a relevant role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; persuasive advocate for customer needs.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and thrive in changing environments.
- Comfortable communicating across all levels of an organization and supporting sales as a subject matter expert.
- Experience with contact center solutions (agent interactions/automation, virtual agents) and GenAI/LLMs.
- Experience with SaaS products and technical product domains (software development, networking, hosted applications, telecommunications).
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise customers to translate requirements into product direction.
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and experimentation.
- Experience building early functional prototypes using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Manus AI, Lovable, or similar.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI technologies to improve product development velocity.
