You will be a Product Manager on YouTube Studio focused on GenAI-driven creator tooling. Your mission is to build and scale AI-powered tools and an AI-native prototyping engine that enable creators to get working, data-ready prototypes quickly and test high-fidelity experiences with real creator data.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn the “vibe coding” concept into functional reality and accelerate innovation velocity.
- Build an AI-native prototyping engine that produces fully functional, data-ready prototypes rapidly (aiming for single-day prototypes).
- Architect solutions that allow GenAI to securely access real creator data and inherit YouTube’s visual language by default to reduce backend development time.
- Move beyond simulated demos to deliver real tools to creators for immediate, high-fidelity testing and feedback.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to guide creator-focused product strategy and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GenAI and Python software development.
- Experience building and launching customer-facing Large Language Model (LLM) products with end-to-end product lifecycle knowledge.
- Experience innovating and implementing large-scale product solutions that introduce workflow or cost efficiencies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional and VP-level stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage customer/user support data to identify product opportunities and drive scalable improvements in key metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills to generate actionable product insights from support data and prioritize scalable solutions.
