Product Manager/Strategy 3-ProdDev
Explicitly mentions vibe coding as a preferred background—role focuses on IDE-centric and AI-assisted developer workflows.
About the Role
Product Manager for Oracle Clinical AI Agent team to lead the strategy and delivery of Semantic Agent Builder, a developer-facing product that enables engineers to assemble, validate, and publish AI agents for the Oracle Health EHR. The role focuses on building a governed, IDE-centric agent development experience by working with engineering, data science, UX, and platform teams.
Job Description
Role
The Product Manager will lead the creation and delivery of Semantic Agent Builder (SAB), a developer-facing, IDE-centric experience that enables engineers to assemble, validate, and publish high-value AI agents on Oracle’s semantic data platform for use with Oracle Health EHR. This role owns product strategy, roadmap, specifications, and cross-functional delivery while ensuring governance and security for regulated healthcare contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product outcomes: fast scaffold-to-run agent development, data connectivity, publish/approval workflows, and agent lifecycle management.
- Own the high-code authoring experience in the IDE: onboarding paths, templates, first-run journeys, and realistic semantic data snapshots.
- Shape publish and review lifecycle with Architecture and Customer Engineering, including agent registry metadata and validation in the AI UI shell.
- Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver core SAB capabilities (IDE plugin integrations, approved tool packs and emulators, environment bootstrappers, publish/deploy to execution targets, single agent registry) while protecting IP.
- Translate user problems into solution-agnostic specifications: acceptance criteria, success metrics, and phased scope; maintain a living roadmap and platform guardrails.
- Collaborate with customer enablement to create onboarding assets (quickstarts, samples, FAQs) and run feedback loops (hackathons, design partner programs).
- Establish and track product metrics and KPIs; lead stakeholder communication, decision logs, and escalate blockers to leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct product management experience delivering platform or developer-facing products with measurable adoption.
- Demonstrated success shipping IDE-centric experiences, plugins/extensions, SDKs, developer tools, or adjacent developer workflows (templates, emulators, registry/publish systems).
- Experience writing PRDs that lead to successful product launches and strong problem-framing and specification skills (solution-agnostic PRDs, acceptance criteria, user-outcome alignment).
- Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments; ability to balance speed with governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align stakeholders and produce roadmaps, status summaries, and decision artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with healthcare records systems, data platforms, and interoperability (e.g., FHIR) is highly recommended.
- Familiarity with observability and quality gates for early-phase products (canaries, smoke tests, performance baselines).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work on agentic or AI-assisted developer workflows (IDE experiences, “vibe coding,” code-aware validation, test emulators) or publish/review lifecycles for distributed systems.
- Experience creating quickstarts, samples, FAQs and running feedback loops (hackathons, design partner programs).
